Past Experience:

- Previously Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for the Derivative Products Group ("DPG") at Fimat USA, LLC, a subsidiary of Société Générale.  DPG is widely considered to be one of the preeminent academic and quantitative groups in the alternative marketplace. Its customers include investment managers, hedge funds, proprietary desks and institutional clients ranging from insurance companies to endowments and foundations.

- Founder and President of Refco Alternative Investments LLC ("RAI"). Started in 2002, RAI developed a suite of managed futures, foreign exchange and structured products marketed to institutions and high net worth individuals through multiple distribution channels in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

- At Orbitex Group, a Zurich based private bank and investment manager, was responsible for product development and sales of structured products in Europe and the Middle East. 

- Vice President of Real Estate Analytics LLC, responsible for institutional sales of cash and derivative solutions to commercial real estate owners, managers and lenders.

- From 1990 through 1998, was a Principal at The London Manhattan Company. There, he was responsible for recapitalizing the firm's clients as part of corporate restructurings. 

- Worked as a senior banker at Asian Oceanic Group, a merchant bank based in New York and Hong Kong, specializing in structuring joint ventures for Asian clients in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore with US firms.

- Mr. Henritze graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1973 with concentrations in Political Science and Economics. In 1977, he received a Masters in Business Administration with a finance specialty from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 

- He maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
